Antares Lite
… is our entry level system for companies who identify quoting as their bottleneck. Lite provides a full estimating package complete with customer and contact databases and the facility to create lists of papers and prices to simplify the quoting process.
All quotes can be created, stored, retrieved and sent to the customer as a conventional letter, or as a fax or e-mail sent directly from your PC.
For many companies, responding to enquiries with a quote, quickly and
accurately and with a professional appearance is increasingly difficult
when quotes are prepared manually. Antares Lite has been designed specifically
to resolve these issues.

Antares Plus
… is the next step forward. Plus has all the facilities included in Lite with the addition of job bags, job filing/job history by customer, delivery notes and invoicing. Plus can also link into your Sage Line 50 and feed automatically into your accounts system.
As well as computerised estimating, Antares Plus will automate much of your production administration.
Plus will print a detailed and legible job bag for every order and will store details permanently in a computer file according to the relevant customer. If Antares has quoted your order, then the job bag is produced automatically. Once the job has been produced, Antares can output a delivery note and invoice.
Plus can produce daily schedules of jobs in hand, lists pending deliveries and in the preferred order. Each month, Antares Plus can produce schedules of the month’s orders showing quantity and value and the month’s invoices.
Finally, Plus stores all jobs by customer. This means that when your
customer orders a repeat or enquires about a previous job, you can find
it at the press of a button.

Antares Platinum
… is the full M I S version of Antares.
As well as focusing on sales and production, Platinum adds job costing and cost control into the equation.
Platinum provides a means of analysing cost overruns on individual jobs, which might be chargeable to the customer.
Platinum provides factual information at the end of each year, which will allow you to compare your estimating rates with actual production rates in each department, therefore determining if estimating rates are realistic.
Platinum will also allow you to analyse jobs according to your own criteria (e.g. business type, geographic area, type of work etc) which can be used to give guidance on marketing strategies.
Finally, Platinum comes with a set of tools to allow Microsoft Excel
and Microsoft Access to interrogate the Antares databases and extend Antares
with new programs that you wish to create such as new reports etc.
