Customer database
Antares has an extensive and flexible customer database that can store any number of customers and retrieve their details within seconds.
Each customer can have multiple telephone numbers (e.g. for purchasing
and for accounts
departments). Each customer can have any number of contacts. Each contact
can have his own direct dial and mobile phone numbers and his own e-mail
addresses.
All this information is to hand every time you need to prepare a new
quote or a new job bag. In the case of quotes, having all this information
on file allows you to prepare an estimate and provide everything that
Antares needs to address and type a quote, to fax it, or to e-mail it
for you.
But the customer database is even more powerful than you might imagine.
Antares also stores a complete index of jobs and quotes within each customer
index card and this means that in seconds you can find any customer, all
his contact details and a history of all work that you’ve ever done
for that customer. So when a customer calls, all his information is available
at your fingertips.
