Delivery Notes

Once a job is complete, Antares can print a delivery note for the job with parcel labels if required. Antares allows you to design the layout of the delivery note yourself.

The illustration (right) shows a typical delivery note output by Antares.

Invoicing

When the job is complete an invoice will be needed and Antares can not only print the invoice but can also update your Sage Line 50 ledger system automatically.

All the information that is needed on the invoice such as the customer’s address, the description of the job and the amount quoted is printed totally automatically from the corresponding estimate and job bag.

As with delivery notes, you have complete control over the design and the information that is to appear on the invoice.
